Data logger for hazardous areas
TallyBook – pressure recording in hazardous areas
Since bringing the Eztek TallyBook to market, it has helped well service companies and operators globally to save time and cost. It has improved visibility, reliability, accuracy, and consistency via its multi input digital real-time overlay display. It tells the full story.
Now being adopted more and more across all energy sectors for hazardous area activities and digital capture without compromise.
The customisable ATEX pressure recorder packages are plug and play therefore can be setup within minutes by the end user. Their compact design makes them very easy to mobilise and complete systems are supplied in custom transport cases. All you need to carry out its task.
The touchscreen allows for use in damp conditions and can be operated when wearing gloves. The system is quick to setup, user friendly and provides real-time graphical and digital views of live process data. Both the software and hardware are configurable for custom applications including control of outputs such as shutdown and OPPS controls and alarm outputs for sounder/beacons.
Testing safety is improved by keeping high pressures away from the user via signal cables.
TallyBook can be powered externally or powered from rechargeable batteries; built in or external depending on operations.
They typically record:
Pressure, flow, temperature, load cells, digital encoders, torque data capture, magnetic pickups.
Typical operational use:
Well testing, Wellhead maintenance, Completion testing activities, Wireline operations, BOP testing, Coiled tubing operations, Rig line integrity testing, Cementing operations, Formation isolation valve testing, Casing assembly torque monitoring, Drill pipe torque monitoring, Well kill, Chemical injection, Critical valve testing (topside), Nitrogen pumping plus many more data acquisition (DAQ) applications.
Depending on version of logger, data can be downloaded in hazardous area or can be connected to external systems for remote and real-time, data analysis.
Eztek's reporting system, TallyView software, enables quick test reports to be automatically created using recorded data.
Eztek TallyBook systems form part of the company's rental fleet and are available for short and long term contracts with quick turnarounds.
Other standard products offered include workshop pressure recorders, video camera systems, talkback intercom systems, wireline panels and cable assemblies
Eztek is ISO9001:2015 certified
