The Weatherford AlphaV Single-Trip Casing-Exit System, replaces traditional shear bolts with a Hydraulic Mill Release (HMR). The HMR enables high-torque and load bearing capabilities. This enhances safety in tripping operations when abrupt workstring movement, during connections or wellbore restrictions can cause premature shear-release of the whipstock assembly.

The patented Accuset technology delivers consistent packer actuation regardless of depth, inclination, wellbore fluid loss or solids contamination.

The milling bottom hole assembly (BHA) and whipstock assembly, provide a quick make up to improve rigfloor efficiency and reduce installation costs.

The AlphaV with integrated scraper and gauge assembly eliminates the need for an additional well preparation clean up run prior to whipstock run and installation.
